For after hours emergencies, please call 619-303-8342 and follow the prompts.
Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with the child for their comfort. School aged children for routine visits can be scheduled throughout the day. Sedation appointments are scheduled only in the morning.
We require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. This includes deductibles and co-insurance. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards.
For patients that require dental treatment, we will customize a treatment plan unique to your child. Our team will review the recommended treatment and the estimation of your dental insurance reimbursement. Any estimation is just that. Your insurance coverage is an arrangement between you and the insurance company. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance for you but cannot guarantee your insurance will cover all services.
Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care.

Sedation dentistry refers to the use of sedation during dental treatment. Sedation is most commonly used during extensive procedures, for patients with dental phobia or for patients who find it difficult to sit still. Our Dental office in La Mesa provides a variety of options that can be discussed at your visit.
